A few years back, I picked up an old adjustable wrench at a garage sale. With the jaws rounded off and with the addition of a piece of black pipe as a handle extension, it makes an excellent light- to medium-duty adjustable bending wrench. 

 

John, that is a fine looking monkey wrench.

Nice to see an old tool get a new purpose.

I like it John. Making it a useful tool again is a good thing.

I have several of those type wrenches. They make great twisting wrenches with the addition of a handle welded to the jaw end.
