February 17, 20206 yr Hi guys, We finally got around to making another video. I hope it is okay to link to Youtube.
February 20, 20206 yr A variation on it is to have each stationary wrench welded to a different piece of angle iron so they can be spread to handle different lengths of twisting. I've also seen a version where they used the full lengths of the handle on the stationary wrenches and a shorter wrench in the middle to do full circles when twisting. If you are doing a lot of the same thing having a dedicated tool is nice, if you do a lot of different ones an adjustable tool may be nice. (Note the easily adjustable jig for bending the circular part, often made using sockets for a large number of sizes in small increments)
February 21, 20206 yr Author Ausfire has internet issues and can not log in at the moment, he asked me to post a photo of his adjustable twisting jig.
February 22, 20206 yr Thanks for posting the video and photo Morris. This is from my phone ... it does some strange things. Hope to have internet back at home by end of month. Telstra is being a pain.
February 27, 20206 yr After two weeks of waiting we now have the internet back. Good to catch up with some of the posts I have missed. Thanks to Brasso, for posting this during our dark ages.
