Cool anvil! It is definitely cast but I have never heard of that name so I cant say what material it is made of. Hay Budden made an anvil like that but that's not it. If you forge put it to use and enjoy.

Welcome aboard... The only thing I can tell you, is it's a farrier's pattern anvil. Knowing where in the world it's located may help. Hence the suggestion to edit your profile to show location in this thread, which will help you get the best out of the forum. READ THIS FIRST

It is indeed a farrier's pattern anvil but as the front of the top plate is back over the sweet spot and the hardy is back over the back feet it is a better design than most I see.

Swell Horned Farrier's anvil.  I'd check with horse shoeing, (Farriers), supply stores for that brand.
