April 26, 20197 yr T. P., Especially the Aussie ladies? Are you giving Australia a hard time, especially on ANZAC Day? SLAG.
April 26, 20197 yr When I worked for NRAO on the ALMA project one of the people on the project was Australian; from Sydney IIRC and had a very bad experience with a funnel web spider when he was a kid. The NM local black widows and scorpions didn't phase him a bit!
May 1, 20197 yr Author I Have seen it all now. Come on Peter. Haha.... I have asked him if he will make me a knife n fork. Do you think it'll be safe to eat with ?
May 10, 20197 yr Author Hi guys I found this on youtube and just thought I would share it as I really think this could be quite useful to a number of Blacksmiths, beginners starters experienced or otherwise.
May 10, 20197 yr Cool. It has one interesting feature...you can match the tongs to the work by sliding a new rein in. Holding half rounds, for instance, could be done by using half a flat pair and half a round pair.
May 11, 20197 yr Author Yeah it's good I think and can overtime be refined. It'll be good to see other blacksmiths adding there insight or using them making them ect. For instance if using heavier ranes, will the jaws open as wide or will there become restrictions ect. Anyway. We will see.
May 13, 20197 yr Pretty slick, guess I'll have to take a look at some of his other videos. Collins Tongs they are. Frosty The Lucky.
