Second no identifying marks,,does not look like a flaring tool .. possible small rod bender ?

Saw tuner's hammer for the big log cutting saws---the Henry Disston is a real give away as they made saws and saw equipment!

Second is a flaring tool missing the screw flare piece.

Yeah, I looked Disston up, I have a few of the older saws,, saw the hammer , just not it's stated purpose,,,thx

The second is a lineman’s wire crimping tool ..  I have two and they work great for holding small round stock bending .. also rivet trimming

Not a flaring tool.  x2 to what Jim said above.  I have it's twin.
