beaudry
It's a Beaudry motor driven hammer with integral clutch. The motor driven hammers are pretty rare and worth rebuilding if you get a hold of one. Great hammers. Looks like the twin brother to my #7 [200 lb]

Will. K.
I've personally seen them listed from $2K-$10K in the 200lb-300lb range depending on condition and location/situation. The #8 I bought (250lb) was close to my location, the seller stored it for a year for me and he had the equipment to load it for me so I didn't have to hire a rigger or rent a fork lift to load it at his location. I paid $6K.
Judson Yaggy
I said no to a running 300# Beaudry about 7 years ago for $4k. I didn't have space or work for it then, and I've been kicking myself for not going for it ever since. If you don't want that one let me know. beaudry
I paid $5,000 for a #7 hammer 10 or 12 years ago , another $2,000 to ship it all the way across the country and unload it , and another $5,000 to get it set up on a proper foundation, new dies, rollers, single phase motor , jack shaft and belts , magnetic switch etc. Well worth it if you have a need for a hammer that size and the ability to handle lots of heavy stuff safely. PM me if you get it and I'll send you a copy of the factory literature.
