ThomasPowers
Depends on what YOU are going to be using them for; on another site there is a fellow who wants to use one for dishing helmet halves. The dies he'll need are very different from those of a person wanting to use top tools which may be different from a set for a fellow who wants to draw out stock efficiently, etc.
mtforge
Here's a place to check what a worn die is. Or you could go to the rebuild conference and ask them: March 20-22, 2015 Please join us for the 23nd annual Little Giant Rebuilding Seminar! Although we did pass ownership of Little Giant to our machinist Roger Rice in 2013, Sid Suedmeier will continue teaching the rebuilding class at his shop at 420 4th Corso in Nebraska City. Black Frog
Flat dies? Drawing dies? Or what? The most important thing is the height of the die. 3" for a 25# LG. Bigger LG's have bigger sizes. Check the LG site for details....
