its all in the first post, its kept current   The list price for this book is $29.99 plus $7.50 shipping/handling to the US. That is a total of $37.49 for the soft cover

Might seem like a silly question, but...how do I actually buy this book? Without paying a lot of extra money on Amazon, of course.

IFI gets $10 per book sold through the site from me, buying from Amazon or directly from my publisher does not send anything to IFI, and very little to me to be honest. so order from your local Lulu outlet, and send IFI a donation directly, you still save money
