October 6, 201411 yr Fellini: That's a treadle hammer, not a power hammer. Trying to power that type hammer is harder than building a hammer designed for power from the start. IFI has a large section devoted to power hammers and building them with quite a few dimensioned drawings. Frosty The Lucky.
