August 15, 201312 yr Eco, Does your PW have the stamped "England" on it? There's a year when that stamp was added. 1910-1911 I think?
August 15, 201312 yr Tried that Mike, I cleaned her up and told her how purty she was, but she done left me cuz I kept beating her...not really, she wants to leave but can't as I keep her chained up in the garage.

August 15, 201312 yr So sometime between the addition of the stamp and when the company stopped production. Probably about 100 years old +/- a decade or two. Pretty young for an anvil; I still use a William Foster from 1828 at times.
