Hammer55
Hello all. Close to completing my gasser and was wondering if you could recommend a supplier of refractory / lining materials? Would like to purchase from single source. Thanks for your valued suggestions. Hammer55

Frosty
You can do what I did when I started making gas forges. I called a furnace servicing company and asked where they got refractories, no sweat at all, they gave me the number and name of the guy who liked to talk about fire control the most. I don't know where you are but I get refractories from E.J. Bartells and they have outlets all over the country. If you'll put your general location in your header you may be pleasantly surprised to discover how many of the IFI gang live withing easy visiting distance. If it turns out you live anywhere close to me I'll make some snappy remark at ya. <grin> Frosty The Lucky.
