March 14, 201313 yr I am looking at buying this blower. The gentleman says that the blower turns freely and he believes the teeth are all intact. I am going to ask for a picture of the inside of the gearbox and ask if the handle slows down slowly after it has been cranked any other things I should check or ask about before I drive out to look at it. Also if it is in good working order what would be a fair price to offer for it? As always thank you all for your help and the great advice and information I keep finding in this forums. Robert T
March 14, 201313 yr Some things in life you have to figure out yourself! You have to know what it is worth to you and stay within your means. That generally is a good blower, but it is not a teenager anymore. Treat it like an old man and it will do you good for a long time. :) Neil
March 14, 201313 yr Looks good to me! If it blows and not making any grinding noises you are proubably ok. I would say a price would be between $75 and $150. This what I have bought and sold them for , but I have seen them go for alot more.
March 14, 201313 yr There's nothing fancy about that blower, though it is a good model and looks to be all original. I wouldn't go over $150 for it.
March 14, 201313 yr Ahh what COUNTRY are you in---hard to give prices not knowing if they should be in euros or rand! If it works well here in the USA I would expect US$75 to be a "steal" and $150 to be top dollar. Note some blowers can be in quite good shape but not turn easily due to congealed oil/grease and will perk back up after a through cleaning and re-lubing.

March 18, 201313 yr Author So I bought the blower and decided to post some more pics of it broke down and getting ready for a good cleaning. Also got to figure out the size of the screw in pic 137 as it is rubbing the inside of the gearbox. Also got to look at a way to drill and tap the anchor screw on the handle as it has been snapped off. Other than those 2 little things I think this will be a great blower when its all cleaned up.
