Bob Menard
I stumbled across this "little anvil" and hammer along side the road in Rockland Maine. Probably a good thing I was with my wife, driving her car, and not on my own driving my truck. I might have been tempted to offer some money for this delicate item. VaughnT
Beautiful! If that was a solid hunk of steel, and I've seen pieces that big at the mills, it would have to weigh better than three tons. Would you need to use a 12" ball-bearing to test rebound on an anvil that big?
r smith
is it 4' tall and 8' long? Looks nice.

Bob Menard
This was outside a metal fabrication business. It was likely made from 1/8" cor-ten steel. The execution was beautifully done.
ThomasPowers
Would be sinking into the dirt faster if solid---they get some rain in that area!
