Indiana hit by tornado

Featured Replies

Stay safe, my friend. My familly got straight line winds and it tore up the area east of you pretty bad, too, Friday evening. Luckily, my brother said they got power back at about 10pm Saturday night. Hope you get it back soon.

Hope y'all get back to normal soon. Glad everyone is alright. On March 9th we watched one from our back porch. The second was about as close but out front. It was dark and we did not see that one. There was a third that went across farther north. I have seen a lot of things but, this is my first tornado, hopefully the last.

power is back now, Touchdown 2 miles south of me, 5 blocks south of me, and half mile north of me, we got lucky only 2 days with out power, still 77,000 people with out any service. We are lucky we were not in that other area. some still can not be accessed.

Was a strange weekend,

Thank you for your prayers.

Well bro, weather patterns are shifting and the Tornado Belt is widening. Just glad you and yours are safe.

Glad to hear y'all are ok. We just had strong storms come thru about 4 hours ago. Barn destroyed, tree on/in houses, 1 life lost. We are fine. Prayers to all.

Stevieboy, indeed glad you didn't take a direct hit. Very glad. 'Nadoes is scary stuff. We roll the dice every year. No power stinks yes but glad no loss of life or limb on your part.
