Randy
This is a carry over from the skulls shown earlier. This time a pirate skull and two sabers had to be made for the tooling. So from a pirate doubloon to a ladies belt buckle to a men's belt buckle. I've sold a couple and am now looking for a bigger market. You can see the depth of the press I've achieved. ThomasPowers
Have you checked for any pirate groups loosely associated with the SCA? Last big event I went to out here, (Memorial Day weekend) there were three groups of "pirates" attending.

Randy
Thanks all. Thomas, what's the SCA?
Frosty
Another bit of wonderful work Randy, I love the whimsy and workmanship. SCA is the Society for Creative Anachronism a large scale group dedicated to re-living the middle ages as they should've been rather than how they were. A fun enough group and there'd be lots of folk into your buckles. Frosty The Lucky.
ThomasPowers
And every year 10,000+ of them meet at Cooper's Lake Campground in western PA for the Pennsic War...
tantofolder
In a nutshell the SCA (Society for Creative Anachronisms) is a worldwide medieval(and some surrounding time periods ) reenacting type group. Here's a link:http://www.sca.org/

John McPherson
Randy, you could start with clicking the "Find Your Local Group" button in the upper right hand corner of that page. John, who was once Ossian Gaveloc some decades ago.
