    this is a horse shoe tool for making horse shoes... it is a fine canadian product built by " A.B Jardine & co." in Hespeler Ont. (there is a parc or beach if you will here in town named after the "jardine" name)

    weird tree thing

    this is a weird tree thing i made out of 6 1/4 sq. rods with a 1/2 sq. rod in the center, held togethere with 2 iron "vines" i had forged with somewhat of a texture, donno if you can see it.
  5. take a look at my gallary, i have had in my posetion some canadian forge and blower co. items on there , namely a blower, if you where closer i know where you could pick oune up...needs a little work but it works fine. traded mine for a 1hp electric blower.

    my anvil, my first anvil, a 75k ,1 1/2 cwt , K L anvil donno where its from, really nice , paid 400 for it and got some bonus stuff on the side ;)

    drill press i picked up a little while ago, really great condition, works as if it was made yesterday, made by the "cenedy otto. mfg. co." out of chicago hieghts ill. art.# 16 paid next to nothing for it ;)

  21. this is my forge, i had a portable one befor but i traided it for this one, its not a permy job cuz im gonna move it again when i get my new shop set up , anyway, its a 3/16"thick bowl about 4" deep with a 1/4 steel plate welded over the top to serve as a table, mounted with a side draft(from this sites bp) the air comes from a 1hp motor hooked up too a blower(donno the brand of the blower), it is all home made and its my second forge, pic3 is my first one, witha hand crank by "forge and blower co."

  23. i have to agree with thomas, forging is the fun part to me, although i have no objection to azIronSmith's angle
  24. i have a 75K(aprox. 165lbs) 1 1/2 cwt, KL anvil, donno where its from its in good condition aside from 2 small chips on ether side got it from a contact i made thrue the net, paid 400$$ and it came with 2 "soft" hammers and one hardy cutter(stump included)
  25. banning sword and knives is counter productive, look at drugs for instence or the ban on alchool during the pohibition, banning thes things only made ppl want them more and paved the way for contraband
