  13. Hillbilly , I am Not the Best there is , However , I weld only ONE WAY ! ' My kids will be on it ! in it ! or around it ! in their life time ! as long as you Weld it that way it will be your best ALL the time . I am certified in now 15 states, the Military, and all unlimited up to 6 ft thick materials , (Mig,Tig, Arc, Heli-arc, and Oxy welding ) No not all at the 6 ft range . I do not shoot from the hip on anything just what I have done personally. as told to me and a rule I live by let your welds speak for themselves and your work as well . at age soon to be 42 I still learn every day , some things I have to re learn now due to issues beyond my control . Sam if you are ever my stop by I' ll help you out any way I can even free lessons in welding ,Fab , and such , shooting is allowed too !

Well I really did not to admit or let it be known , However , here it is : I have neurological , memory issues ,and the ability to comprehend some of the simpler things in life as of now due to injuries Sustained while in the Military . Some folks on here know it already as I have spoken to them on the phone . Sorry for being so inquisitive about how to go about using this motor and how to set it up If some one will Pm me and take the time to explain the how too's for me I need the help . Thank you Sam
  16. Welcome Back Brother , Keep them rods Hot ;) like you it once said "If I could get water to hold still I could Weld it ! " still holds true today from a Lil Can to 6 ft thick steel I have welded it . and Loved every minute of it . Now retired yet still I play all the time . Sam

  18. It came that way 110/115 AC 1 1/4 horse motor turning 7500 Rpm it was on an ol Tire balancer that sits on the ground . I would like to use it on a belt grinder I am making . I am thinking a controller to slow it down a bit and a good one , I don't want to burn it up . what would be the best one to use ? Sam

  20. Man I thought I was an ol school or worked ol school any way , T 1 is my go to steel for a lot of things as it is a very hard steel and works well in many applications. Sam
