    Hay buddy, As you may know i'm over in Auz for a few years. I'm desperatley tring to get in touch smiths out here but i'm not having much luck. I know you've been over to this lovley sunny place. Would u be able to give me a few e-mail addresses or numbers to call? Hope all is going well at stepping stones and that you're not suffering too much with the cold. D

    Bojourno, como es ti? Apologies but your English is far better than my Italian. :D It was a 'used' engine oil finish. Heat the metal until the oil will smoke off, but not burn. Several applications and you get a dark brown, to rich blue black finish. Not a good idea indoors unless you have good ventialtion though

    IAN Hello I'm Italian, I'm sorry if I do not write well in English. I saw some of your works are beautiful, I wanted to ask the ashtray (1322) who finish treatment (painting?) You used? Has a nice brown color, as you did? I'm trying to do some of my works that color, you could tell me how you do it? hello thanks.
