October 30, 20205 yr I see that the Boilermaker's Association had a 1912 convention drat: from the Abridged history of the International Brotherhood of Boilermakers: "The tenth consolidated convention was held at Little Rock, Arkansas, in 1912" Not exactly what we were looking for though. I did see a possibility, the Alabama Bar they've had meetings that long as a recent one was: 143rd Alabama State Bar Annual Meeting So I looked up the proceedings from the 1912 meeting: held July 12 & 13 but in Montgomery Alabama
November 7, 20205 yr Isn't Sloss Furnace in Birmingham? It's an old steel mill dating before the civil war. There was an ABANA conference there many years ago. I believe it is a state historical site. They may be a place to check out.
November 9, 20205 yr I don't suppose it could be a political token, could it? 1912 was a hotly contested election year. Please, no discussions of politics of less than 100 years ago.
November 10, 20205 yr Author The only thing I've found that it could be associated with is the boilermakers convention in 1912. Ive got several people trying to find out about it. I'll let you know if I find out what it is
