I figure the curved chisel is just that but what is the other gizmo?

It files as hard steel but doesn't skate. Figured they would both make good chisels or punches. If you know what it is, what do you think its made of. Thanks

    They kind of look like Caulking Irons used for leading cast iron pipes. At least that is my best guess.

    The one on top is a bent welding wedge used for aligning, or gapping parts to be welded.  I have a few of them.
