December 21, 200718 yr Hi folks, my first post on this forum. I thought I would try to post a pic of my Cowboy Wok that I made this year for my brother for a Christmas Present. I used an old plow disc for the wok and wrapped the vine around the hanger for a little decoration. Have a great Day !
December 21, 200718 yr Looks great, how deeply is it dished? It was hard to tell from the photo, it looked flatter than I would think it would be.
December 21, 200718 yr Author Thanks MROBB for the nice comment, Larrynjr, when I placed a ruler across the center mass of the dish, it had a 3.5" drop to the center then it bevels out to flat. It works pretty well. I did one without the hanger and just welded legs underneith and I have cooked stir-fry, chicken and eggs, bacon on it.
December 21, 200718 yr we just call them "discos" out here in NM; saw several at the fleamarket this morning; none as pretty as yours!
