Tolate24
Hello everyone. My name is Cole, and I'm from central Nebraska. I don't really have much metalworking experience other than welding, cutting, and grinding, but I would love to learn blacksmithing, and casting. It would be great to find someone experienced in the Nebraska area that could teach me. I have been reading as much as possible on the site and there is a ton of great info, but nothing beats being taught by a pro! Im very eager to learn, it's something I've been wanting to do for a while. Edited September 2, 2015 by Tolate24
Frosty
Welcome aboard Cole, glad to have you. Don't worry, there are smiths in Nebraska you betcha. I'm sure a few will be speaking up any time now, I'm just online right now.Don't take this as a warning but blacksmithing is addictive as all gitout and it's a life long learning curve. Enjoy the ride.Frosty The Lucky.

matto
Cole sent you a pm on the 1733 thread. It has my number and email. If you did not get it let me know. The Nebraska abana chapter is the prairie blacksmiths. I am a coal holder/seller for them as well.
