JPH
Hellow: Here's something that I just pulled out of the etch this morning and will be hilting this afternoon and tomorrow.. Serpent pattern 3 core composite. Core materials are 1060, wrought iron and meteoric iron. Sheat steel edge... Dunno what kind of hilt I will do..I have some bone drying now out of the dye bath so I know it will be a three piece something or other... I will post completed pics once I get it all done... JPH
Mike: I am using some of that bovine invory I got laying about...I am doing a three section grip, the two ends dyed black and the center section I have left natural and I might just flute it..dunno about that yet, but it would look snazzy if I do....I am still making pommel and bolster plates...a whole lotta file work. IF all gfoes well i should get it finished today if not, then for sure tomorrow... I will post pics when it's done... JPH
