The anvil in front is my wife's anvil.  It has been in her family since when it was purchased new.

This is my wifes anvil a NC short sugar .-

My daughter has a small shopclass made anvil that was given to her for her zeroth birthday by our friends.

 

My wife came with a 17# crosspeen sledge.

If I got my wife an anvil she'd start spending time in the shop. Shortly she'd start making rules about cleanliness, orderlyness and such. Then I wouldn't have a shop. Not going to happen.

My wife dosn't have an anvil but she has a workshop, its verry cleen and tidy

here is my wife's it is a 148# peter wright. she likes orange. and she did the welding and grinding to fix the horn. it had a lot of chisel marks in it.
