From a bar of stainless stock with outlines penciled in, to some that have been rough cut and ground,,,heat treated, and a couple that have had the flats polished. We will cover more about these on knife chat this eve at ten pm EST. And I do forge some knives also,,and eveyrone of them is ground after forging for the finish I prefer. I took a class with a well spoken Welshman a while back, and he laid it down on the table.. " It's got the same curve as a young ladies back."
