Rhettbarnhart Posted December 12, 2012 Share Posted December 12, 2012 Steve sells was kind enough to send royce and i a "care package" of steel and sanding belts :D here is what i came up with..... steel is 1095(from steve) oa length is 7.5 in blade length is 3.5in handle length is 4in bolster and pins are brass handle is stabilized burl(i forget what kind) i used dark walnut stain and linseed oil to finish it enough talk now for pics thanks for lookin Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

If you could make a smoother transition rather than the fast blunt change from side of blade to cutting edge. that is the only obvious thing I see. great work, and great result.
