TheoRockNazz
Hello again,Just replaced my old pocket knife with a new, smaller, recent work of mine. Small folding pocket knife 15n20 and 1080 steels patternwelded together for the blade with a S5 and mild steel spring. Brass fittings with mosaic pin and ebony scales. Note this doesn't lock, the spring's pressure keeps it closed or open. Let me know what you guys think, Theo
Frosty
I like it Theo. I like the contrast you developed with the pattern, fit and finish appear tight and well formed. I think the blade and handle are a little out of proportion and it'd look nicer with a little longer blade. Looks however are second or lower place in a good utility knife. From a non-bladesmith old coot a hearty well done! Frosty the Lucky.

Trenton
Looks good. That type of knife is called a slip joint knife, and they aren't always that easy to make. I like the mosaic pin inlay over the pivot! Trenton

Ridgewayforge
I would make that my primary wood carving knife, the Damascus pattern lends itself to that way of thinking. Nice knife and nice design!
