I've been blacksmithing on and off for around 25 years now, never had the time to devote to it that I would have liked because of work and family commitments. Due to a torn up rotator cuff from the job and 3 surgeries I was just about to give up completely but, being the stubborn sort that I am I managed to pick up a old Kerrihard trip hammer and am back to smithing a little bit on the days I feel up to it.
