FieryFurnace
Some of you may remember the portable anvil stand I built some time ago. Well I modified it some, centered the anvil on the stand, and added a large tool tray to the side. It is much more stable now and will neatly and professionaly contain all of my tools. So this is before! And this is after!
CurlyGeorge
Dave, that won't work. You'd better just send that one to me and try again. Great job, young man. Like always, you are thinking outside the box. Thanks for sharing. :)
Old N Rusty
Nice job and good welds. Of course Rt might think purple would be a better color.

easilyconfused
Very nice! I need to add a swinging tray to my stands. My one critique from the photos would be to make sure you aren't going to wind up getting hung up on the hooks. They look pointy.
eric sprado
Great stand... Is that the base of a treadle hammer I see in the background? How 'bout a picture. I love seeing other guy's treadle hammer variations. Thanks, Eric S.
FieryFurnace
Those hooks are under the anvil horn and will be out of the way. I'll post pics sometime of my treadle hammer in the hammers secton. It's an older swing arm and I'm the third owner. The builder cut some corners for which I pay dearly. I've made some alterations which make it work MUCH better. I need to make flat dies for it because tooling is about the only thing I do under it and that's a pain to do with rounded dies. Anyway...... I'd like to sell it and build an inline!
