CurlyGeorge
Not sure what type bar stool you're looking for. But here's one for the Scots in Kilts. http://www.gigglescout.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/02/scottish-bar-stool.jpg

kburd
thanks guys. I guess to be more clear I need to bid building 20 plus bases for stool tops and swivels they already have. It is for a local Irish pub. I did the google search and was just trying to glean a few more ideas.
Frosty
Don't make them too tall! You don't want customers getting hurt falling off them after a tiple or nine! Frosty the Lucky.
kburd
yeah frosty that is a good point. with 20 beers on tap at all times things have been known to get a little tipsy in there. I have heights and what not just need to come up with a good cost effective design to reuse the tops and swivels. I want to do something more blacksmith like but fore see it being a cut weld sort of project to hit the target price range. Apparently some of the larger customers have been breaking up the wooden bases on these..... After he told me this I laughed and told him I was just trying to drum up buisness.... I am 6-4 300 lbs and have my own beer stein there that says "big boy" on it.....
