The 5" 440C stainless blade is hollow ground and has been profesionally heat and cryo treated. The guard is 416 stainless steel, The spacers are red amber, stainless and black liner material. Seems 4and a 1/4" or 4and1/2" are common sizes, I've always thought them too small and wondered if it was a carry over from times when people were just smaller, or if I'm just too large (6'2" 265#) Actuly I'm srinking hight wise, but not horizontaly.
