clark-kentski
I bought a half a dozen on ebay cheap so i havent had the need, remember that you have to be able to make a scroll before you can make a jig, the jig just helps if you need alot of identical scrolls. rthibeau
1" x 1/4" flat bar is commonly used to make a scrolling jig. Heat it up and make your perfect scroll, leaving a 90 degree bend the hard way on the stock end to clamp in the vise. Make them in various sizes and you'll always have the one you want. ThomasPowers
I've seen another methog where a fellow cut a spirial in heavy plate and then heated the plate and pushed the spirial out so you "follow the path down the mountain". when done you do havbe to heat and push your scroll back into a single plane however. Raulo
Hey Valentin, that is probably the most ingenious scroller I've ever seen. Do you wanna give up the story on how you made it? From the pic, it looks adjustable to various sizes of scrolls. Great design.
