HI GUYS.

Here is i a photo of the tire hammer i finished today.

runs real sweet,45lb hammer 200 bangs per min.had to add 13.4lb to the rim of the wheel to stop it wandering about the floor.

I made the dies out of a truck axle {heat treated }


2hp motor.

Do you plan to put a safety plate in front of the spring? howsabout a safety wrapper around the spring? nice job on the hammer.

Yes it will have a safety plate and spring shroud before it goes into operation.

cant show any other pic as i dismantled it this morning. i have no room left in the workshop so i built a new shed up at my fishing shack in the highlands. will try to make a bit of damascus when the fish are not bitting.

can take few mone pic from all angles if you wait a week ????/
