The rollers on the top of the hammer apear to be stuck to the spring, forcing the frame to bend to acomodate the arc that the spring end wants to travel through. Will not last long like that. Otherwise, cute, but could run faster.

The two rollers on the front that attach the ram to the spring are not rigid, they allow for the changing distance between the spring and ram. See how you see the end of the spring sticks out then goes back in then out in out in out in as it is running?

too bad the camera man wouldnt stay in one frame at a time too much zooming in and out but hey the power hammer is still a working tool its beter than just a planed idea of mabey making.i might try one exactly like that just a smaller version because i only got a smaller motor

Whats the benefits of starighting the leaf spring? Or not startighting the leaf spring?
I see another one without a straightened leaf spring ,

seems to do better.
