i have 2 beat more than 2000 collars for the fence that i am doing now ... i admit that i am cheating ...i am not heating the iron i weld the pieces i grind the welding and then beatin up the coolars at cold ....i am forming the collars with this press that u see in the picture ...verry fast and verry easy but they are ...a lot of collars

I knew that u whould like it 10x guys and yes i made it I am not into casting buisnes i only made one of this...(after 2 or 3 that did not came out as it shoud be) for myself 2 display it in the office i have 2 admit this is not how it came up directly after casting it took a lot of grinding and finishing touches .

Yeap this is the definision of the Stairs protector the last or the first rung in the rail..i will post the picture with the complete staircase later this week hopefully ....

well the hammer is yet not instaled and i was able 2 read what says on the motor ... it's a 3 phase engine 11kw

I;ve made a power hammer this year ... worked on it for a while it;s made out of an old press with a car diferential and a disk brake 2 control the speed .There is a problem with it it;s not working as it shoud .... and now is just a pile of junk sitting in my workshop i will post some pictures with it tomorow or the day after I am shure that there is a desight simple and nice that works ...mine just did not :)

it won't be permanent cause next year in 2007, Romania will join Europe ...UE... and then i won't be alowed 2 have my shop in the town no more and i have to move soon I was looking for marks ... found none but i will set the anvil as high as i can. It's good to know that this counts I was really bussy this week fixing the 20T press had to change the O-Rings and was a pain in the neck so i was not able to make the wood pad for the hammer but next week for sure ... time flys bye How much does the hammer worth? I payed for it 1000 USD Good/ Bad ????

10x for the advice I will probably start building the pad tomorow I have one more question Chris Pook wrote... How do i know if the anvil sits 2 low or to high(how much clearence is alowed betwen the hammer base and the anvil block that sits under the hammer base)

Ok .... here is the hammer i recently bought have no ideea what tipe is it or how many Lb jus this pictures ....and the think is that i have 2 put it in my shop ...but it won't stay there for a long time just a few month so i don't whana make a concret basemant for it ...will it work to put it on rairoad wood ? how many do i need ?will it tear up my building ?U can see that the anvil ,hammer and engine are 3 separete parts ...here are the pictures...The last picture is the building where is going 2 sit in .... i broke down the door and some wals 2 fit it ...So plz help me and give me some hints about how i stick it to the floor 10x
