Hello i thought it will be intersting to show you these kind of shop in Ocevija Varesh place (Bosnia and Herzegovina) its a litle bit southerly place than where i live.This shop is powered by water.Forge and all hammers.They said that this is last shop that work like this way in Europe.One first photo you ca see a power hammer and its frame.On second there si a fan that have mounted belt on it. And on last you can see entire place.

I don't know wich it's steel.How you guys read (know) that stuff.If it is wood i will see a texture butt steel dont have some texture that you could say difference.Might i could hear when hit if its quenched or tempered but that's all i know about reading steel.Yes these are log dogs and it used to hold two timber in place at angle joint.

I have a two set of iron cramps.I wonder can they be converted to drawknife i mean they almoust have same shape. Only job i need to do is make blade on it .I was thinking could i do that job with rasp.Because at now i dont have aveilable forge.The irond cramps as it look have two tong made.To be more precisious what i think i will show you image.

You valves are huge i gues its because one valve for each board. How much these bellows are long i guess they are a litle bit smaler than previous.

I agree with David the double lung bellows are better than box bellows. In box bellows you have two stroke push and pull.In double lung bellows you only have to pull chain or rope and bottom chamber will compress and air will go to top chamber .When top chamber inhale and get full it will automaticaly push air.Let's call lung bellows semi automatic where box bellows are manual. I mean you can see that all three board are ot simetrycal but they are damaged too much

Just keep doing and you will get good results. After more and more time failure it will suprise you when you suddenly success.

Good to see new photo is these bellows made from plywood like you made one on facebook. What if you make uneaven side in one of padle like from center one padle have one side wider than other is that real problem. But all of tree can be matched.

I asked bouth question.Its really hard to me understand when thay shape all head and than somehow this claws peeking.Not it is not welded by welded i mean (its not used electrodes migt it's forge welded i dont know) ..because its the there is no weld located my another opinion might this was thick place and than they just flatten it.

I had been really bad user and i think i abuse this axe a lo's of time with using it like hammer and in originaly this axe should have claw right above poll but it turned how it turn now i had make new handle for it it have a litle split on axe butt but its from claw that used to be at axe shouder hand here are photos. Here is picture how its should look when its new. And here si mine . I wonder myself how they could forge this claws. This is Bosnian style axe that used for carpenter and mason job. Mason use this axe when it's needed moulding, to pull nails with this claws, but you can pul nails using this hole where blade si located but this key hole is ussualy for hanging axe. For me tongs look like bigg pincers. Do you ever saw a pincers.I think pincers are realy easey to make.To be honest the tongs have some attachments.But that depend what kind of object you will hold with it. If it's a pipe shape you will make a tongs for that kind of work.For beginning i will try to make bigger pincers. And you can make flat that part wich hold a for example (square) shaped object.My point is try to make it at handles too look like pincer (leverage )part and than when you finish handle make a shape wich you would like to hold like i said square cylinder etc.Then just rivet it.
