  2. I have all the ingrediants for making the trad Blacksmith finish consisting of Beeswax, linseed oil, and turpentine My question is what purpose does the turpentine serve in theis recipe? Would leaving it out make any difference?
  3. I am glad it is coming to Durham NC. I never learned how to use a Bridgeport Mill now I can. They will laso have a stout Tig machine capable of doing aluminum and a plasma cutter.The list goes on. We are lucky to have one in NC

  11. The map is lame. If someone looks to right of my comment header they know where I'm from. Jettison the cyber gadgets, they are a drag on the system . Just my two cents.

Link to photo Then making a collar out of that material When I am not banging and welding I like to fly model airplanes which coincidently use alot of balsa tri stock. Too bad we can't buy ready made steel tri stock...
  14. I am referring to the little diamond shaped element underneath the scroll? Maybe a set of dies under the airhammer? Hopefully there is another way Any help appreciated. Thanks
