i am starting on an anvil stand i have it drawn out in autocad right now waiting to be set up on the plasma table will post pics as it come together it will be a sand filled stand with a floating plate on top of the sand with a small amount of room about an eighth in. and 1 in of extra room between the needed height for the plate and the top none of this will be forged that i know of yet anyway

well i dont want it to rust away more than it has its already hard to read

what about surface rust on the sides i want to paint the sides so the lettering is more visible and i am not worried about the face cause i know that will just work off

to tell u the truth the smoke doesnt bother me much just when i turn the blower while lighting but its not in its permanent sutup yet so that might change the vise is on the other corner from the blower and the anvils about 3 feet behind that threaded rod like i said its not set up right yet
i think i will forget the chimney till its set up the right way thanks though -
thats the way it is ferrous that four in pipe has a closed off 3-1/2 in inside with that threaded rod to adjust the holes open or closed the pic i got of that didnt turn out good so i trashed it
oh i forgot to say i live in louisville georgia usa -
ok thanks that was kinda what i was thinking some of the people in the chat room were trying to get me to put one on was wanting some other opinionsthanks
