start out with the flatbar fold a 1/3 back on itself then chisel and open it up like a T when you fold the 1/3 back up you get that effect but only on the frontside of the cross

its a bunch of small bearings i lay in a swage block and weld the back side of them

no i just did a quick weld on the back

they are just dome head rivets i set the rivet in a swage block to keep the head round
