formed socket for a wooden handle, heavy tines and hand forged. I would guess it is a piece of manual farming or garden equipment, think tiller. This would be back in the day of doing yard work without having a motor attached to whatever device you were using.

Yup, I have a cheap modern version with a hoe on one end and the two forks on the other. Good for loosening the ground for small flower beds.

My guess would be a vineyard hook or a grape hoe if the implement was forged with an eye for a removable handle. I've never seen one with a socket.

its a muck drag for puling farmyard manure out of the back of a cart the manure is pulled out in small heaps as the horse walks on ,then the heaps are spread out with a muckfork.

I agree with Bruce, it's original purpose is as a muck-rake. They are also used for pulling weed from ditches. S

I think that #23 is a horse shoe. They didn't nail them on but clinched them up around the hoof sort of like a big iron sandal.

I agree with Bentiron on 23 it is a hippo sandal a horse shoe that was tied on with a strap between the metal loops.
