lary Posted August 21, 2022 Share Posted August 21, 2022 I'm to the point if I can't preview an anvil in person I probably won't bid on it. I know that doesn't help with your question but a couple of months ago I looked at an anvil that appeared to be in about the same condition as the one that's not broken. When I saw it in person it looked a lot worse. When I dropped a half inch ball bearing on it I found a spot with practically no rebound, so the face was starting to de-laminate?
