May 17, 20224 yr Hello people! I'm about to list this anvil on kijiji and I was hoping to identify it first. The markings have been ground away. All I know is that its 100lbs. It may have come from England as well, but maybe not. Any help at all would be appreciated. Thanks so much
May 18, 20224 yr If you know someone at the local crime lab they can make the stampings readable. You might be able to find the process online. It's why filing the serial # off a fire arm doesn't make it untraceable. Frosty The Lucky.

May 18, 20224 yr Author Okay, thanks. I'll look into this. As for the bottom, its nailed to this stump with bent over rebar. Seems to work well and I'll have to probably straighten them rather than pull them out. Anyway I'll get a pic of what the bottom looks like.
