September 19, 20187 yr Would be nice to have a better closer picture of the bottom picture of the stamping. I'd say yes, a Trenton. It looks good and usable. What does the rebound test show? Don't let any coyote near it.

September 19, 20187 yr Looks like Trenton as said before. The S/N looks a little strange but I believe about 1912.
September 27, 20187 yr Which is a store brand made by several companies over time. It has the Trenton caplet indentation. So definitely not an HB Acme.
October 7, 20187 yr Hello all, I picked this up a few days ago, 175# Acme, mine looks very similar to the OP's anvil but i was looking for confirmation that is in fact Trenton made (Farriers pattern?) and what year it is from? Thanks and cheers
