Would be nice to have a better closer picture of the bottom picture of the stamping. 

I'd say yes, a Trenton. It looks good and usable. What does the rebound test show?

Thank you. Someone here with a copy of Anvils in america may be able to help. Unfortunately I do not have it. 

 

Looks like Trenton as said before. The S/N looks a little strange but I believe about 1912.

Which is a store brand  made by several companies over time.  It has the Trenton caplet indentation.  So definitely not an HB Acme.

Hello all, I picked this up a few days ago, 175# Acme, mine looks very similar to the OP's anvil but i was looking for confirmation that is in fact Trenton made (Farriers pattern?) and what year it is from?  Thanks and cheers
