I have noticed that my forge will get  a little bit hotter when I use a bellows than when I use my blower, and I was wondering is it just that I need a new blower, or if it is something to do with charcoal and the bellows blowing inconsistently, versus a constant airflow with a blower.

Too much or too little of air cools a fire.

What type of blower? Without a way to control the air flow, an electric blower will supply too much air for sure.

BTW: welcome to IFI. Have you read this thread yet?

In other words we "need" more info to give a good answer.. What kind of blower and how big is the bellows..
