August 28, 20169 yr Hello, I just started working in a small blacksmith shop in Cisco, TX. I am an Air Force veteran, aircraft mechanic, separated in early 2015. Working at this shop will be my second job since is separated, hoping to make it into a career.

Blacksmithing is a truly fulfilling craft but making a career of it is a whole lot of work for a rather low probability of success. That may be changing though, I'm seeing more and more folk turning a profit or close anyway. However it works we'll be here pulling for you and helping how we can. Frosty The Lucky.

September 17, 20169 yr Author Thanks for the warm welcomes. No its not Moody's shop, their seems to be a few shops in this area, about hour apart.
