hdwarner
what would you do to make it ? follow an example of a shoe horn with a longer tang i guess
irnsrgn
easiest way to get a boot or overshoe on is the cheapest, take a piece of waxed paper fold it over 2 to 4 times so it is about 2.5 inches wide folded and the length is the width of the roll, slip it down in the shoe till it touches the bottom, then put on shoe and it will slide in or on like nothing, then just pull it out. It reusable and renewable just refold to a new section when it gets unslick.

Don A
Do a Google image search for "shoe horn". All kinds of ideas. But as Pete alluded to... it's gonna have to be good and slick to work. Don
mcraigl
OH... Sorry 'bout that. I get it now. I remember my gramps using a shoe horn when I was little. Never thought about it for boots. Mine all lace up, so I just undo the laces somewhat. Looking forward to pix of what you come up with for sure! Maybe copper or brass would work in addition to stainless.
