JRigoni
I saw this candle holder in Denmark during my travels and had to try my hand at it. The candle is 2"x17" and the top swivels to allow for changing out new candles. Edited May 19, 2015 by JRigoni
JRigoni
This forum is the worst for picture organization. I can't seem to list anything in the order they were taken.
Frosty
This forum is the worst for picture organization. I can't seem to list anything in the order they were taken.Yeah, it's a trick. I load pictures one at a time and you have to make sure the cursor is where you want that picture. That's one heck of a candle holder, even saying it's a 2" x 17" candle I didn't have a good mental picture of how big it really is. That's a really nice piece of work there.Frosty The Lucky.
Latticino
Sweet!Love projects with that kind of simple elegance. Looks extremely well executed. I know how tough it can be to get it all to tie together so cleanly without any ornamentation to hide mistakes.
Michael
Nicely done. Was it designed to fit that specific sized candle? I'm picturing progressively shorter versions to use as a candle that tall burns down Edited May 19, 2015 by Michael too many words
JRigoni
Thanks, no the original was a good deal taller and had more of a taper along the top. I shortened it and made the uprights parallel to the candle. If it ever becomes unstable, the candle can be replaced. The overall look is very similar to the original. Oh and no cover ups, just clean forging Edited May 19, 2015 by JRigoni
