kevan
Hello and greetings to All, I`m new to this forum but not new to the wonderful world of hot metal and from my preliminary observation of this site, look forward to learning and meeting new people and gaining ideas and sharing interesting exchanges with folk who are clearly passionate about their involvement with blacksmithing. I am a full time metalworker, in my own employ, and have a reasonably fully functional smithy, but alas, most of my work is straight forward and the forge is often cold. Kind regards, Kevan O`Donnell (South Africa)
Candidquality
Hello and welcome. Self employed, so you're broke, halfway to being a professional smith already . Good luck and let us know what we can do for you. We have a group here from south Africa, though i've no idea if they are close to you or not. Might be able to help you out a bit finding odds and ends that you need. Feel free to ask questions as needed, we're a pretty good group here. Hope to see more of you soon. Blackbeard
I do believe that the egg chasing is a refferal too the world cup rugby that South Africa won. The final was England vs South Africa. Welcome Kevan this is a great site, lots of info! Bb
