Flat drive belt for Little Giant 25lb'er

Featured Replies

The flat belt on my LG 25 that I'm now using needs to be replaced. The belt is 2" wide and 53" long stapled closed as a loop. Does anyone have one to sell? Or, if you've done it before, what would you recommend as a replacement? Sources to get one would be nice, too.

Merry Almost,

I replaced mine with a tooth belt (like a timing belt). Change the drive pully to a tooth pully and the inside of the tooth belt grips the large drive on the Hammer.

You can get flat belt and laces from McMaster Carr.

I might have this size.  I will check tomorrow after it stops raining.  Do you have a way to join the ends?

Go to lmplement dealer that services round bailers they will have it and splices.

I've purchased from these guys before and was pleased.  They have every size belt & clip you could be looking for.  www.hitnmiss.com

I have lots of 2" belting.  I can send you 10', so you would have enough for two belts.  You will have to deal with the splice.  PM me and we can discuss details if interested.
