ThomasPowers
Curving them generally makes them a bit more friendly to wear, is it new to you? That design goes way back.
Bentiron1946
Nice start! I have found that for adjustable rings if you make it so that the ends bypass each other it is more comfortable for the wearer of the ring. That way there is no point to come together to pinch the finger.

Dodge
Do you apply anything to the brass ring to prevent the wearer's skin from turning green? B)
Marksnagel
Do you apply anything to the brass ring to prevent the wearer's skin from turning green? I like the ring but as Dodge asked, I was also worried about the finger turning green.
monty
i thought it was copper that turned skin green, does brass do the same?
Dodge
i thought it was copper that turned skin green, does brass do the same? Brass "rusts" or corrodes leaving green residue as well, but on skin it could actually leave a black ring. It usually washes off with a scrubbing with good ol' S&W, however :)
wshelley
In the FWIW category, brass is an alloy of copper and zinc, hence the green ruboff. There are lots of different alloys and they will react differently based on the individual wearer's chemistry. Ward
